After practicing law at the highest levels for decades while also engaging extensively in social and political action, Ken Sweder has now decided to dedicate his legal endeavors to pro bono representations, social justice and equality advocacy.
Following his graduation from the New York University school of Law as an Editor of the Law Review, Ken was appointed Assistant to the President of Brandeis University.
Ken next served as the Special Counsel of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.
Thereafter, Ken began the practice of law in Boston. He became the Chair of the Litigation Department of the Boston office of a major New York law firm. When Ken and his former partner established Sweder & Ross, LLP, the Boston Business Journal did a profile of Ken which reported the move with the headline, “Sweder Tackles The City’s High Profile Cases.”
Ken’s successful practice for 20 years at Sweder & Ross took him into courts and proceedings throughout the country.
