Ken’s legal practice has primarily been focused on litigation and problem solving. It has involved a wide range of issues and fields of endeavor. He has resolved disputes through analysis, investigation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration and regulatory and courtroom litigation. These disputes have involved fiduciary obligations, corporate governance, shareholder and board of director relations, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, fraud, complex business torts, employment, intellectual property, trade secrets and a host of other issues.
Ken has also played a number of important roles in the legal community. For example, he served as Counsel to the Special Investigation of the MBTA launched by the Commissioner of Commerce and Transportation in the wake of payoff scandals at the MBTA. Ken was the Founding Chair of the Business Litigation Committee of the Boston Bar Association.
